ADGI -INERPOST has developed an extended network of partnerships in Greece and abroad with a wide range of organizations. Partnerships contribute to the implementation of the overall strategic goals of the Institute and its various programs:

Agora Dialogue

Agora Dialogue, a not-for-profit, non-partisan organisation, introduces people to new thinking, helps them to participate in informed discussion on fundamental issues of immediate relevance to the real world, and empowers them to make well-reasoned, sound decisions. Our aim is to promote enlightened citizenship, encourage effective and responsible leadership, engender a culture of engagement and mutual understanding, and, ultimately, contribute to a just, prosperous, sustainable society.

EADI

EADI, the European Association of Development Research and Training Institutes, is the leading European network in the field of development research and training.

EADI is a Europe-wide network of institutes, researchers and students of various disciplines in the field of development studies. It organises activities and offers facilities for the international exchange of knowledge and experience in the professional field. Its most prominent activity is a General Conference devoted to a topical issue every three years. The official languages of EADI are English and French.

FRIEDRICH EBERT STIFTUNG

The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung (FES) is a non-profit German foundation and it is headquartered in Bonn and Berlin. It was founded in 1925 and is named after Germany’s first democratically elected President, Friedrich Ebert. FES is committed to the advancement of both socio-political and economic development in the spirit of social democracy, through civic education, research, and international cooperation. Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung is the oldest political foundation in Germany.

Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung’s Athens branch was officially opened in 2012 with the goal to work towards:

    • the strengthening of the Greek-German/European relations,

    • the deepening of the European ties in Greece,

    • the promotion of dialogue amongst the progressive forces in Europe.

Progressive Society

The S&D Group in the European Parliament is undertaking a major reflection on Europe’s development. Rising inequalities, unlimited exploitation of natural resources, systemic crises are all interrelated consequences of neoliberalism, deregulated markets and of an unsustainable model of development.

CSR Hellas is a non-for-profit business association based in Athens, founded in June 2000 by a group of 3 business organizations and 13 companies, numbering more than 130 members today. It is the National Partner Organization (NPO) of CSR Europe, the leading European business organization for CSR, counting several members among the largest multinational companies as well as a network of more than 40 National Partner Organizations across Europe. Moreover, CSR Hellas hosts by 2008 the Coordinating Secretariat of the national Global Compact Hellenic Network of the United Nations (UN Global Compact Network Hellas) and is also representing in Greece the Global Network “CSR 360”.

ENA Institute is a newly founded non-profit left-wing/progressive think tank, which seeks to work on alternative policy proposals in respect of the defence of public interest and public goods, the strengthening of social justice and democratic participation, the fight against inequalities and the promotion of social innovation and sustainable development.
